The Inclusive Support and Community Empowerment Foundation (ISCEF) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities through inclusive, rights-based and evidence-driven humanitarian and development interventions.
Founded by a team of dedicated development practitioners with decades of combined experience in humanitarian response and community development, ISCEF emerged from a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing conflict-affected and marginalized communities in Northeast Nigeria.
Operating across Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states, ISCEF focuses on child protection, education, health, livelihoods, WASH and peacebuilding — reaching over 10,000 beneficiaries through integrated programs that strengthen resilience and promote sustainable development.
