The Inclusive Support and Community Empowerment Foundation (ISCEF) was established in 2025 and formally incorporated in March 2026 with a burning passion to transform the lives of vulnerable populations across Nigeria.
Founded by a team of dedicated development practitioners with decades of combined experience in humanitarian response and community development, ISCEF emerged from a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing conflict-affected and marginalized communities.
Since our founding, we have grown from a vision into a vibrant organization touching thousands of lives through integrated programs in child protection, education, health, livelihoods, WASH and peacebuilding across the Northeast region of Nigeria.
ISCEF is fully registered and compliant with Nigerian regulatory authorities.

ISCEF is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, ensuring full compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and all applicable regulations governing non-governmental organizations in Nigeria.
